Transfers funding between funding accounts. Note that programs must be of the same product type in order to transfer funds (cards, bank transfers, etc). Repeating the same transfer (same source, destination and amount) within a minute is treated as a duplicate of the first and returns 409 without moving funds again. To make the same transfer twice on purpose, wait a minute between the two requests.
