Reassociate Card

Re-associate is used to replace a physical card with a card from your business's backstock. This endpoint assigns the new card to the current cardholder and automatically moves funds to the new card.
This should only be chosen to eliminate the shipping time of receiving a new card, otherwise see Reissue Card.
