Create Autopayout

https://api.dev.givecard.dev/api/v1/autopayouts

Creates a new autopayout.
It requires a name, amount to payout, frequency (daily, weekly, monthly), start date, and can optionally take an end date.
To payout on the last day of the month, set specialCases to 'last_of_month'.
